Serves- 1
Preparation time- 10 minutes
All You Need
Oats- 2 tbsp
Milk- 1 cup
Onion- ¼ (chopped)
Garlic- 2 pods (chopped)
Salt- to taste
Pepper- to taste
Oil
Coriander leaves
Procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan, and add onions and garlic. Saute them well till onions turn light golden brown in colour.
2. In the meantime, cook oats with water till it becomes thick. Now, add milk to it and stir it continuously for 5 minutes.
3. Now, add the roasted onions and garlic to it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Garnish the oats soup with coriander leaves.
Your hot and spicy oats soup is ready to be served. If you want to make this oats soup recipe spicier, you can add more pepper to it.
