Butternut Squash Soup with Yogurt and vegetables -
Ingredients:
1. 1 butternut pumpkin puree
2. 1 tsp cumin seeds
3. 1/4 cup unsalted butter
4. 2 onions (chopped)
5. 2-3 garlic cloves
6. 4 cups vegetable stock
7. 1 cup yogurt
8. 1 bunch of chives, chopped
Butternut Squash Soup Preparation:
1. In a pot, fry chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add all the above ingredients into the pot and bring it to boil.
