Ingredients:

  1. 3-4 cups water
  2. 2-3 pods green cardamom
  3. A small piece of cinnamon
  4. Sugar according to taste
  5. 2 tsps green tea
  6. Almonds (slivered)

How To Make Kahwa, kashmiri Chai?
1. For the boiling water add cardamom, cinnamon, sugar and stir well.
2. After a few minutes, strain the chai and add some green tea. Wait until the change in tea color.
3. Add the kashmiri chai above the slivered almonds and serve. Tasty Kahwa is ready.
If the tea color is too dark, add a few drops of lemon, an excellent trick to reduce the spicy flavor in tea.
