Crispy Potato Fries In Manchurian Style
Recipes that are prepared with potatoes are the most tastiest and the yummiest ones. Either you bake it or fry, potatoes always enhance your taste and they sure tantalize your tastebuds.
Right from French fries to baked potato recipes, everyone in the house would always want to taste these lovely dishes made with potatoes.
Not just this, potatoes also have several health benefits too. It is very nutritious for babies and kids. As it becomes very soft when it is boiled, it is helpful for the babies to swallow.

Though some believe that potatoes cause weight gain, according to a recent research, it is believed that potatoes are very healthy when consumed every day and they are no where related to weight gain.
Among the potato or aloo recipes, French fries is the best and most loved by youngsters. Kids and elders too are no exception to this.

So, here's a perfect potato recipe for all you potato lovers out there. Here's a wonderful Chinese Manchurian potato fries recipe that I've shared for all my readers. Have a look!
Serves - 4
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Chopped Potatoes (Vertically ) - 2 cups
- Cornflour - 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green chillies - 5 to 6
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Onions - 1 cup
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Take a bowl add in the potatoes along with some cornflour. Mix the pieces well in cornflour.
- Now, heat some oil in a pan to deep fry the potatoes mixed in cornflour.
- Once the oil has heated up, add in the potatoes.
- Deep fry them, until they turn reddish brown in colour.
- Meanwhile, take another pan and add a bit of oil.
- Then, add garlic, green chillies, red chilli powder and onions after the oil has heated up.
- Fry them well, then add soy sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
- Saute all the ingredients well.
- Now, to the same pan, add the deep fried potatoes.
- Add salt and mix all the ingredients well.
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
- Now, transfer this on to a serving plate and serve it hot with some tomato sauce.
