Bean Sprouts Fry Recipe - Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:

1.Bean sprouts - 1 1/4 cup

2.Mushrooms sliced (optional) - 1 cup

3.Broccoli (chopped) - 1 cup

4.Capsicum (finely sliced) - 1 cup

5.Baby corn (sliced) - 1/2 cup

6.Onions (sliced) - 1/4 cup

7.Garlic paste 2 tsp

8.Pepper powder or Paprika - 2 tsp

9.Oil - 2 tsp

10.Salt to taste

Method:

1.Heat the oil in a pan wok on a high flame; add garlic paste and onion and fry continiously until soft.

2.Add bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, broccoli, capsicum and baby corn and fry tossing the vegetables on high flame for a few seconds.

3.Add pinch of pepper powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes. Tasty bean sprouts fry recipe ready to serve. Serve the bean sprout fry hot.
