The American variety is also available in shops and can be used to make some tasty cutlets. Sweet Corn Cutlet Recipe – Spicy Monsoon Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups sweet corn (boiled)
  2. 3 slices of bread.
  3. ' cup mint leaves (finely chopped)
  4. 4 green chilies (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp rice flour
  9. ' cup rava (soji)
  10. Ghee

How To Make Sweet Corn Cutlet?

1. Remove the brownish crust from the bread, dip in and drain the excess water immediately.
2. Add the soaked bread into a mixing bowl and combine all the above ingredients (except rice flour, rava and ghee).
3. Make small discs of the mixture.
4. Dip the discs in rice flour water and roll it over rava.
5. Toast them with a teaspoon of ghee on a hot tava. Tasty sweet corn cutlet is ready.
