Breakfast Recipes - Easy And Healthy

According to nutritional experts, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it provides nourishment and energy for the whole day. These breakfast recipes can be prepared in minutes and are healthy for the first meal of the day.
Egg Recipes -
Asparagus Omelet
Ingredients:
Eggs, finely chopped asparagus, Bacon slices, ' cup Parmesan cheese, finely chopped Onions (preferably green), pepper powder and salt to taste.
Method:
1.Cook the finely chopped asparagus for 5 minutes until tender. Drain the excess water from asparagus and set aside to cool.
2.Mix eggs, grated cheese, pepper and salt in a bowl.
3.Fry bacon pieces with onions over a high flame for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown. Add asparagus and cook for a few minutes.
4.Reduce the flame to low and spread the above mixture in a frying pan.
5.Now, pour the egg mixture over the fried bacon asparagus. Tilt the pan and cook until the eggs are softly set. Transfer the omelet to a plate and your tasty egg recipe is ready to serve.
Cheese Omelet
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, finely chopped Parsley, finely chopped fresh mint, Eggs, Salt and black pepper to taste, 1/2 cup Milk, 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions, 2 tsp Butter
Method:
1.Beat the eggs well and mix salt and pepper.
2.In a mixing bowl, add milk, mint, parsley, spring onions and cheese. Also add the egg mixture into the bowl.
3.In a frying pan, add butter and spread the egg mixture.
4.cook the omelet on a low flame until the edges get thicker.
5.Slide out onto a serving plate, fold it and serve the tasty egg recipe.
