Bhindi Pakora Recipe In Just 3 Steps -
Ingredients:
1.1 cup Bhindi (chopped and fried)
2.1 cup Gram flour
3.2-3 green chillies (chopped)
4.1/4 tsp Cooking soda
5.Water as required
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil to fry
8.Pinch of Asafoetida
Method:
1.In a bowl, combine gram flour, green chillies, fried bhindi, soda, salt, asafoetida and water into a smooth batter
2.Heat oil in a frying pan.
3.Deep fry the bits of the batter till golden brown. Tasty bhindi pakora ready to serve.
Enjoy the tasty Bhindi pakoras hot with tomato sauce or chutney or even with a hot cup of tea.
