Mulled Wine Recipe For Christmas

The delicious fruit concoction is usually red and is served warm. This hot wine is a favorite traditional drink especially during Christmas and Halloween. So take a look at how make the tasty mulled wine recipe for this Christmas 2010.
Mulled Wine Recipe -
Ingredients:
1.1 bottle Wine (Red)
2.60g Sugar (preferably Vanilla Sugar) or Honey
3.1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
4.1 tsp Nutmeg (grated)
5.1/2 cup Orange juice
6.1/2 tsp Dried Bay Leaf (powder)
7.60ml Gin or Brandy
8.1 tsp Ginger (well ground)
Method:
1.Pour the wine into a pan and heat it on a low flame.
2.Add orange juice, sugar/honey, bay leaf powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and ground ginger. And stir well.
3.Heat the wine mixture until the sugar crystals or honey has dissolved completely.
4.Turn off the flame and add gin/brandy to the wine mixture and stir thoroughly.
5.Strain the wine into glasses and serve hot. Tasty Mulled wine recipe is ready to serve.
