Shrimp Salad Recipe – Healthy Recipes
As the summer is nearing, how about tasty salads? here is a delicious shrimp salad recipe which suits any meal of the day. Salads are healthy recipes as they contain less calories without excess fat. Shrimp is the most popular seafood, next to fish, in the world. The translucent flesh of shrimp is highly low in saturated fat and calories. Take a look at how to prepare the tasty shrimp salad.

Ingredients:
1.

cups
ring
macaroni
(cooked)
2. 3 eggs (boiled and diced)
3. 20 stuffed olives (diced)
4. 1 celery stalk, chopped fine
5. 1 green onion, chopped fine (or sweet onion cut into rings)
6. 1/4 cup lettuce
7. Frozen tiny salad shrimp (cooked)
For Garnish :
1. 1/3 cup any western dressing
2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
3. 1/4 cup fresh cream
4. Salt to taste
5. 1 tsp pepper powder
Method:
1. For dressing, combine western dressing, mayonnaise, and fresh cream. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix macaroni, eggs, olives, celery, green onion, lettuce and shrimps. Mix well. Also toss the mixture with dressing and refrigerate. Tasty shrimp salad recipe ready to serve.
