Ramazan Special: Kashmiri Mirchi Korma Recipe
Mirchi korma is a spicy and tasty kashmiri cuisine. It is a special dish which gives a unique taste of red dried chilies. It aids in digestion and treats stomach upset. If you don't like to eat anything in sehri (dawn time) then try out this tasty mirchi korma. The chilli added in it has many health benefits. It is good for your heart and circulation.
Try this yummy dish and enjoy the holy month of Ramadan with this mouth watering dish.

Serves: 4
Time of preparation: 30 minutes

Ingredients
Dried red chillies (seeds removed): 10 cloves
Onions: 3 pieces
Cinnamon: 2 big cloves

Ginger garlic paste: One table spoon
Cumin seeds: one tablespoon
Meat masala: One tablespoon

Sauf powder: One tablespoon
Tamarind paste: Two tablespoon
Salt: To taste
Meat: 1Kg

Method Of Preparation
1.First heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
2.Add meat to it and fry, later add cinnamon and cardamom, sauf powder, cumin seeds and meat masala powder.
3.Add some water and let it cook for 15 minutes.

4.Later transfer the contents in a pressure cooker and wait for two steams until meat gets tender.
5.In a separate dish add dry red chillies with all seeds removed and boil them until they get soft.
6.Remove water and grind the chillies to make a smooth paste.
7.Add tamarind paste in the chili paste and mix well.

8.Now add this chili and tamarind paste to the meat and cook until the gravy thickens.
9.Now garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
10. Enjoy it with white rice in the holy month of Ramadan.
