Potato n Mutton Cutlet Recipe
Ideally, we do not begin our day with a very heavy meal. However, that is not scientifically very correct. You can have your heaviest meal in the day in the morning. And the earlier in the day you have your proteins, the better it is. That is why a mutton cutlet recipe for breakfast shouldn't surprise you.
Potato mutton cutlet recipe is easy to prepare and makes a really sumptuous meal. This breakfast recipe is a very delicious way to begin your day. You must be thinking that making potato mutton cutlet recipe will take too long in the morning. But if you prepare the stuffing the night before, this breakfast recipe can be made in 10 minutes. We will be using mutton kheema to try the potato mutton cutlet recipe so that it cooks faster.

Ingredients
- Mutton kheema- 200 grams
- Onion- 1 (chopped finely)
- Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Vinegar- 1tsp
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Chaat masala- 1/1 tsp
- Potatoes- 2 (boiled)
- Corn flour- 1 cup
- Oil- 1 cup
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. When it gets hot, add the onions and saute for 2 minutes on a medium flame. Then add the mutton kheema and cook for 4 minutes more.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
- Now sprinkle pepper, chaat masala, salt and garam masala. Stir to mix and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes more/
- Add coriander leaves and half a cup water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now allow this mixture to cool. Meanwhile boil potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes and mix them with some salt.
- Add the mashed potato with the mutton kheema. Mix corn flour with 2tbsp water and add it to the kheema.
- Now knead the mixture like a dough. The corn flour and mashed potatoes will bind the cutlets.
- Make flat cutlets with your hands and heat 1 cup oil in a deep bottomed pan.
- When the oil steams, add the cutlets to the pan. Deep fry the cutlets for 6-8 minutes on a low flame.
The potato mutton cutlet recipe can be served with a green salad for a filling breakfast.
