The Recipe Of Mutton Lal

Ingredients
Mutton – 1 Kg
Onions - 8 Big
Garlic - 12 cloves chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 100 gms
chillies – 8 chopped
Yogurt – 100 gms
Coriander Powder – 4 Tbsp
Cumin Powder – 4 Tbsp
Red Cilli Powder – 2 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Mutton Masala – 4 Tbsp
Crushed Garam Masala – 50 gms
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tbsp
Method
Marinate the mutton with all the above ingredients and leave for ' an hour.
In a cooker pour some oil, put bay leafs, when it crackles, put the mutton.
Cover the mutton with a heavy lid and let it cook. Stir it in intervals.
After the mutton has oozed out it's water, put salt and some more of garam masala.
When the oil separates, close the pressure cooker to get 4 whistles.
Serve hot, with roti or rice.
