Chicken Spring Roll: Yummy Starters!

Chicken spring roll, starters recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup of small chicken pieces
250 gms refines wheat flour (maida)
1 chopped onion
4-5 chopped green chillies
ginger garlic paste
2 beaten eggs
250 ml milk
50 gms grated cheese
1 tsp garam masala
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
cumin seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and sugar to taste

Directions to make chicken spring roll recipe:
1. Make a dough of maida with warm water, milk, cheese and beaten eggs. Add a pinch of salt and sugar while kneading the flour. Make a soft dough and cover with a moist cotton cloth piece. Keep the dough aside for an hour.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin sees. When they start to sprinkle, add onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and salt. Saute well.
3. Add chicken pieces, red chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook till the chicken pieces become tender. Now add grated cheese and after mixing all the ingredients in the pan, put it off flame.
4. Knead the dough after an hour and make dough balls. Now roll the dough balls to make thin rotis. Preheat an oven and bake both sides of the rotis. Now cut the rotis into small pieces and add the chicken mixture as stuffings. Roll the roti and cover the edges or openings with water or flour.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these small rolls till they become golden brown in colour. Drain excess oil after frying it.
Chicken spring rolls are ready to eat. Enjoy this starters snack recipe with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
