Spicy Chicken Kofta Curry Recipe!

Chicken kofta curry recipe:
Ingredients
For kofta:
500 gms minced chicken
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tbsp roasted gram flour
1 tsp cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and fennel powder respectively
1 powdered black cardamom
salt and pepper to taste
For curry:
2 Bay leaves - 2
2 Cloves - 2
4 Green cardamoms - 4
1 tsp ginger nad garlic apste
4 cup chicken stock
1 grated onion
' tsp cinnamon powder and turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder and cumin powder
2 tsp pureed tomato
4 tbsp fresh cream
ghee
sugar and salt to taste
Directions to make chicken kofta curry recipe:
1. Thoroughly mix all the kofta ingredients and make small equal sized and shaped balls. Keep them aside.
2. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry bay leaves, cardamoms and cumin seeds.
3. Put ginger and garlic paste in the pan and then add grated onion. Fry till the color becomes translucent.
4. Add all the spice powders and fry for 1 minute to let the flavor of the spices come.
5. Now add the pureed tomatoes and put it in medium flame to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring at intervals.
6. Pour the chicken stock, salt and sugar. Bring it to boil.
7. After 2-3 minutes, add the kofta balls one by one and gently mix them in the curry.
8. Cook for 20 minutes in low heat and when you see the curry thickening, take it off the flame.
Chicken kofta curry recipe is ready. Garnish the chicken kofta curry with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
