Crispy Chicken Cutlets: Easy Snacks Recipe

To try this easy chicken cutlet recipe you need very general ingredients so you can choose to make it anytime you have chicken stocked in your refrigerator.
Ingredients For Chicken Cutlets:
1. Boiled shredded chicken (500 grams)
2. Green chillies-4 (minced)
3. Cheddar cheese-2 cubes (grated)
4. Ground pepper-1 tablespoon
5. Coriander leaves (chopped)-1 cup
6. Oregano-1 tablespoon (optional)
7. Corn Flour-2 tablespoons
8. Eggs-2 (beaten)
9. Breadcrumbs-2 cups
10. Salt as per taste
11. Oil-half a pan for deep frying
Procedure For Chicken Cutlets:
- Boil the chicken with pepper and then shred it with your fingers. If you have taken boneless chicken then you need to boil it for just about 4-5 minutes and your shredding job will be easier.
- If you have not taken boneless chicken then choose pieces like the leg or breast that has more meat.
- Now pour all the cutlet spices like pepper, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and oregano (if you are using it) in a mixing bowl with the chicken and mix it well.
- Grate cheese over it and stir to mix. Mix corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into the mix. Mix the the ingredients into a thick consistency and form flat cutlets out of it.
- Beat eggs in a flat bottom bowl and heat oil in a deep pan. Spread out the bread crumbs on a sheet of kitchen paper.
- Dip the cutlets in beaten eggs and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Deep fry the cutlets on low flame until they are cooked well.
You can serve these crispy chicken cutlets with mayonnaise and ketchup.
