Easy Poached Egg Recipe For Breakfast
Eggs is one of the most loved ingredient people love around the world. Children enjoy their eggs scrambled, adults love it either scrambled, made into a burji or poached. These days, people are in a desperate need to consume poached eggs since it is a healthier method. This poached egg recipe is easy and not at all time consuming.
Turning that delicate white egg to be poached may be quite difficult at first. But, if you have the patience to handle this easy recipe, it will be a success. Ingredients
- Eggs - 2
- White Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1 cup
Procedure
- First you need top take a deep pan. Fill it will 4-5 inches of water. Switch the stove on to simmer.
- Allow the water to simmer until you begin to see bubbles on the surface. Now add a splash of white vinegar to the water. Swirl the water around using a spoon to create a vortex.
- Break an egg into a cup and pour the content gently into the boiling water. Keep in mind to first pour in the white. Try to keep the lip of the cup close to the water to stop the egg from dispersing.
- You should take time to allow the egg to set around the yolk like a pillow formation. The egg should float to the top when the white is set.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the egg from the water.
- Very gently place the egg onto a paper towel. This is done to absorb the excess water.
- Repeat the same process with the other egg. Try to be as gentle as possible. You can also sprinkle a little pepper as garnish.
