Spicy Egg Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2-3 eggs (boiled, outer clove peeled)
- 1 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (peeled, ground into paste)
- 3/4 tsp pepper and jeera powder
- Finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Oil for frying
- salt according to taste
- ' tsp dry mango powder
Making Spicy Egg Fry:
1. To start with, cut the boiled eggs into equal halves.
2. In a pan, add about 4-5 teaspoons of oil, saute onion, curry leaves, mint leaves with pepper jeera powder.
3. Add the tomato paste, chilli powder, mango powder and salt to the pan and mix well.
4. Add the halved eggs and cook on simmer until all the masala blends well. Tasty, hot and spicy egg fry is ready.
Quick Recipe 2: How To Fry Eggs?
1. You can also fry eggs with little pepper powder, mint and salt until brown and them mix with the egg masala in the pan. This will make the egg all the more crispy and aromatic.
