Haryana Egg Curry – A Great Combination With Hot Rotis

Haryana Egg Curry Recipe -
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs (boiled)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tomato (puree)
- 3-4 pods of garlic
- ' tsp fresh ginger paste
- 1-2 green chilies (chopped)
- ' cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp chili powder to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-3 tbsp oil / butter
- 1 cup green peas (optional)
- 250 g paneer (optional)
How To Make Haryana Egg Curry?
- Carefully remove the shell of boiled eggs.
- Fry paneer in a teaspoon of oil until golden brown.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
- Grind garlic, chillies, ginger paste into thick paste.
- Add all the masala, the ground mixture to the pan with tomato puree and stir well.
- Add a cup of water and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the fried paneer cubes, boiled green peas and eggs.
- Cook on simmer for upto 15 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot parathas and rotis. Tasty Haryana egg curry is ready to relish.
