Turkey Brine Recipe For Thanksgiving

Turkey recipes are the main attraction in every thanksgiving celebrations. Make this year's celebration even more special with a great taste of turkey brine in various turkey recipes. Take a look on how to make your favorite turkey brine recipe.
Turkey Brine Recipe – Thanksgiving Recipe
Ingredients
1 bowl vegetable juice (any cooked vegetable water)
1 tsp rosemary (dried and crushed)
1 tsp sage (dried)
1 tsp thyme (dried)
1 tsp savory (dried)
1 bottle water (ice water)
salt to taste
Directions:
1.In a pot, add the mixture of vegetable juice, salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, and savory. Heat the mixture until it boils, stir frequently till the salt dissolves. Remove from heat, and keep the mixture aside to cool.
2.When the mixture is cool, pour it into a clean bucket. Stir in the ice water.
3.Wash and marinate turkey and place the turkey breast down, into the mixture (brine). Place the bucket in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
4.After 6 hours, remove the brine turkey from bucket and discard the excess brine and pat dry.
5.Cook the turkey as desired for your favorite recipe. Watch out while you cook brine turkeys as they bake 20 to 30 minutes faster than the normal turkey.
