Starry Dimpled Deepika Padukone Gets Traditional

Deepika Padukone looked elegant in a Payal Singhal saree when she attended a promotional event for her movie 'Finding Fanny'. Deepika picked up a nude colour for the event. Her makeup was the stand out feature of her overall look.

Of late, we have seen the diva in a lot of causal wears, but this time around, she opted for a traditional outfit. At the promotions of 'Finding Fanny', Deepika carried herself in style. What is weird is that she wore the same saree twice - once on the sets of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and second, at the Goa tourism event.

The plain nude or peach coloured Payal Singhal saree is fresh from the ramp of Lakme Fashion Week 2014. The pallu is extremely long which kept sweeping the floor! The sequined work on the saree was a delight to the eyes. At the pleats, these silver embellishments were a masterpiece on the beauty at the event.

At the Lakme Fashion Week 2014, we saw the same saree on the ramp by designer Payal Singhal. Here again, this saree was not completed with any accessories, but Deepika decided to pep it up.

The jumkas she wore with this saree was another reason why we couldn't take our eyes off her. Pearls stones and a touch of gold completed this beautiful pair of earrings.

When she made a dance move on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, we were stunned to see her sparkling choli. The back of her choli was embedded with bright sequins that shone like stars beneath the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa lights.

Her makeup with this look was pretty loud, but it was done to pep up the saree, which was just plain. The Payal Singhal saree she wore only had sequins to give it a grand look, but it was Deepika's makeup which made it appealing to the eyes.
