Sonam Kapoor In Debashri Samantha Maxi
Sonam Kapoor has an excellent penchant for fresh fashion. She is not fearful of trying out new designers and picking things right off the ramp. And once again we saw the 'Khoobsurat' girl try out something that has just been picked off the ramp recently. Sonam Kapoor was spotted in a maxi from Debashri Samantha's recent collection.
We remember seeing this collection titled 'Hooked' at Lakme Fashion Week 2014. In fact, we had also marked this dress in Debashri Samantha's Lakme Fashion Week 2014 collection that was based on fishing villages of Vietnam and had interesting fish prints. Sonam Kapoor was in a shimmering blue maxi dress that she paired up with a massive neck piece.

The tribal inspired layered necklace was from En Inde, which is a famous designer label. The necklace added some spike to the already edgy outfit. Sonam Kapoor was in a maxi from Debashri Samantha that had scooped out details at the back. So she plaited her hair into multiple braids and tied it up with a ribbon. This what is typically called a fishtail hairstyle.
Our only gripe with this look are the metallic loafers that Sonam decided to wear. Although the look is an edgy one, these Tod's loafers were not going with the ensemble at all. Sandals or strap shaped shoes would have complemented the look much better.
Sonam Kapoor looked good in this maxi dress apart from the shoes. It is not an easy look to carry but Sonam Kapoor managed to keep her 'Khoobsurat' promotions wardrobe super-fresh.
