Sonam Kapoor In Two New Designer Sarees
When Sonam Kapoor wears sarees, she looks like a pinnacle of elegance. But usually, we are used to seeing Sonam Kapoor in sarees from designers like Manish Malhotra, Masaba Gupta, Shehla Khan or Anamika Khanna. But this time, Sonam has surprised us by experimenting with sarees that are not from her favourite designers. Sonam donned a creation of Manish Arora for the first time at the launch of Filmfare at Delhi.
Sonam Kapoor's saree has neon shades of orange and green. The tri-coloured saree was in chiffon. But the most striking element of this neon saree was the heart shaped theme. Manish Arora's saree had heart shaped sequins all over it. Sonam Kapoor was the first celebrity to pick this saree from 'Indian' which a brand launched by Manish Arora.
A few days back, Sonam Kapoor also draped a saree from Payal Singhal. That too was an unusual but suitable choice. The Payal Singhal saree that Sonam Kapoor choose was from her recent Lakme Fashion Week 2013 Winter/Festive collection. The pastel pink coloured saree has black details. In fact, the blouse of this saree was its most interesting element. Sonam Kapoor wore this saree exactly as it was worn on the ramp.
Here is a closer look at Sonam Kapoor in sarees from two new designers on the block.

Sonam Kapoor In Manish Arora
Sonam Kapoor looked stunning in this saree from new designer Manish Arora. It was a bold and experimental choice.

Neon Colours
This Manish Arora saree has two neon colours; orange and green. The body of the saree is pale pink. But the pallu is bright orange and the blouse is neon green.

Heart Shapes Theme
The basic theme of the saree is 'heart shaped'. You can make this out from the heart shaped sequins that cover every inch of the saree.

Heart Shaped Jewellery
To match the heart shaped theme of the ensemble, Sonam Kapoor wore heart shaped dangling earrings.

Elbow Length Blouse
For some reason, this closed neck elbow length blouse design really suits Sonam Kapoor's slender frame. We have seen her try this many times before, and every time she ended up looking gorgeous.

Sonam Kapoor In Payal Singhal
Sonam Kapoor picked a saree from designer Payal Singhal's Lakme Fashion Week 2013 Winter/Festive collection.

Pastel Pink
This pastel shade of nude pink looked stunning with the black embroidery and details of the saree.

Ramp Walk
Sonam wore this saree exactly as it was worn by the model on the ramp. The blouse design which is sleeveless on one side and full sleeved on the other makes the ensemble look striking.

Silver Jewellery
Sonam Kapoor's spunky silver jewellery is from the 'House Of Chic'. The large middle finger ring looks particularly interesting.

Head To Head
On a head to head count, we will say that the Payal Singhal saree is a winner though we are equally impressed by Manish Arora's creation.
