Mila received 20 percent of the 38,670 votes (in online survey) and defeated hot bombshells like Kim Kardashian, Pamela Anderson and Tulisa Contostavlos to covet the Sexiest Woman Alive Title. She defeated last time Sexiest Woman Alive title winner, pop star Rihanna.
In the cover photo of Esquire magazine, Mila posed topless. She just wore a pair of faux leather pants.
