Banana And Honey Mask
Bananas are high in potassium and fluids, making them ideal for dry and lifeless skin. Honey, on the other hand, is a natural moisturizer that helps to retain hydration.
Take one ripe banana and one tablespoon of organic honey. Blend the banana with honey after mashing it into a smooth paste. Carefully apply to your neck and face. Rinse with lukewarm water after leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes. It leaves the skin feeling soft and supple, increases its elasticity, and nourishes the face.
Lemon And Papaya Mask
Papain, an enzyme found in papayas, removes dead skin cells, and the natural citric acid in lemons lightens dark spots and blemishes. Add 1/2 cup of mashed ripe papaya and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in a bowl.
Blend the lemon juice and papaya until a smooth paste forms. Avoid the area around your eyes when applying. After ten to fifteen minutes, rinse it off. It improves your natural shine, lightens pigmentation, and illuminates skin.
Strawberry And Yogurt Mask
Strawberries are perfect for skin prone to acne as they are high in the antioxidant vitamin C and salicylic acid, which fight acne. Whereas lactic acid, found in yogurt, gently exfoliates and hydrates the skin.
You will need 4-5 fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of organic yogurt. Crush the strawberries and blend them with the yogurt. Apply and gently massage in circular motions on your face. Before washing it off, let it sit for ten minutes. It prevents breakouts, lessens redness, and exfoliates dead skin cells.
Cucumber And Avocado Mask
Cucumber soothes and cools, while avocado's nutritious fats provide deep nourishment for skin that is inflamed or sensitive. Take half a ripe avocado and 2 slices of cucumber.
Add the grated cucumber to the mashed avocado. After applying, unwind for fifteen minutes. Use cool water to rinse. It significantly hydrates, calms inflammation, and lessens redness.
Orange Peel And Milk Mask
Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, orange peels promote youthful skin by eliminating free radicals. Lactic in the milk exfoliates the skin. You will require one tablespoon of dried orange peel powder and two tablespoons of raw milk.
Blend the milk and orange peel powder. Apply it and let it sit for fifteen minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. It improves luminosity, encourages even tone, and revitalizes drained skin.
