Milk Bath Ingredients:
Half bath tub of lukewarm water
8-10 big bucket mugs of raw milk
2 small cups of raw honey
20-25 drops of lavender essential oil
1/2 small cup of sea salt/Epsom salt
1/2 small cup of baking soda
1/2 small cup of organic coconut oil
Some fresh rose petals
Milk Bath Method
First, fill the tub with lukewarm water.
Next, add the milk and stir to mix it.
To the milk, add honey, coconut oil and lavender essential oil. Keep stirring until it is well mixed.
Last, add the baking soda, salt and mix. The soda and salt should remain granular and not melt in the milk.
Lastly, decorate with rose water and your milk bath is ready for use.
