Easy Ways To Get Rid Of Skin Discolouration
Skin discolouration or an uneven skin tone is one of the common skin problems that is faced by almost everyone these days. With the constant usage of harmful chemicals and exposure to sunlight, the skin tends to lose its moisture and is even prone to pigmentation.
The pigmentation, scars, acne and other skin infections make the skin look uneven. Skin discolouration can be caused by hormonal imbalance, too much of melanin production, stress, exposure to UV rays, pregnancy and exposure to harsh chemicals.
An uneven skin tone is a beauty concern for many because it makes the skin look ugly. Thus, one needs to take care of their skin to make it look flawless by eliminating the signs of discoloured skin.
We often go for various treatments and stick to cosmetics, which claim to vanish the discolouration of the skin.
Sadly, we don't get the expected results and end up in losing our money. That's when home remedies come to the rescue. Skin discolouration can also be treated at home easily.
Therefore, in this article, we at Boldsky will be sharing with you some of the best home remedies for skin discolouration. Read on to know more about it.

Cucumber And Lemon: The cooling property of cucumber and the bleaching property of lemon work wonders in treating pigmented and an uneven skin tone. Grate cucumber and add a few drops of lemon. Apply this mixture on the skin and rinse after a few minutes.

Vinegar: Vinegar has the ability to lighten the skin. It also makes the skin bright by clearing all the scars and pigmentation. Since vinegar is acidic in nature, it may damage your skin, if it is not diluted. Mix an equal amount of water and vinegar and wash your face with this solution regularly for best results.
Almond: Almond is rich in vitamin E. Vitamin E revives the skin and brings back its natural glow. Almond deeply nourishes the skin and reduces skin pigmentation. Soak a few almonds overnight, grind it with milk the next morning. Apply it on the skin and rinse after sometime.
Cocoa Butter: The antioxidant property of cocoa butter soothes and heals the skin. It prevents the skin from pigmentation by hydrating it well. Smear cocoa butter on the pigmented areas of the skin, massage it for a few minutes and later rinse.

Papaya: The enzymes in papaya help in the regeneration of cells and fade out the discoloured patches on the skin. Papaya exfoliates the skin, thereby reducing the pigmentation. Apply the paste of papaya on the affected area. Rinse your face after sometime. Follow this procedure for a week and you will be amazed with the results.
