For any man, excessive sweating around groin area can be an embarrassing problem. And when you are into intense workouts, sweat keeps nagging you.

When You Shower...
Use a moisturising soap gel to wash yourself. One of the reasons for irritation down there is irritated dry skin.

Smelly Privates
Men whose privates are too smelly can try using anti-dandruff shampoo to wash the groin area. This can deal with the irritating yeast.

Powder
Moist groin area may cause fungal infections. Consult a doctor to get an anti-fungal powder to prevent such infections.

After Shower
Use a dry cotton towel to dry yourself after shower. Sprinkle some talcum powder in the groin area to control the sweat.

Deal With The Bacteria
Bacteria can irritate your skin and also cause odours. Ensure that you wash the place with acne-wash that is formulated to deal with bacteria and sweat.

Clothes
Wearing cotton clothes might help reduce the sweat issues as your body will be able to breathe well in such materials. Also, stay away from tight trousers.

Another Solution
Use an antiperspirant in the groin area to control both sweat and the odour. Follow this step after shower.
