Face Masks To Prevent Sweat In Summer
Hot days mean excessive sweating. Even though you sit in an air conditioned room all day, the effects of summer cannot be escaped. Sometime or the other, you will have to step out and if you are not prepared, your skin can suffer greatly. One way to protect facial skin is by applying face masks to prevent sweating.
The application of face masks is always considered healthy and beneficial for the skin. It not only helps tighten the skin but also gives it the much required nourishment. There are masks to suit different skin types as well as different climatic conditions. When it comes to summers, you would need a cooling mask that will provide solutions to cool down your face and neck regions.
Tips To Prevent Sweat In Hair During Summer
There are many face packs available in the market and they can help solve your problems too. However, it is always better to use a home made pack and provide absolutely safe nourishment to your skin. With homemade packs, you will know exactly know what ingredients are beneficial and you can avoid items that do not suit you. Fresh home made packs are much better than the ones you get in the stores.
1. Fullers Earth And Rose Water: Fullers earth or multani mitti, and rose water are both cooling agents by nature. A combination of both helps provide cooling effect to your skin and this is exactly what a summer face pack needs to do. Make a paste of fullers earth and rose water and apply. Leave for around half an hour or till it dries off. Rinse with cold water.
2. Milk and honey: Milk will help get rid of dirt and grime. It will open up the pores, clean them and allow the skin to breathe freely. Honey has antioxidant properties, nourishes the skin and brings about a glow to the face. Mix the two, apply and rinse after half an hour.
3. Cucumber Paste: We all know about the cooling effects of cucumber. So when we need face masks to prevent sweating how can we not mention cucumber? Mash up a cucumber and apply it to your face as a mask. Let it sit for around twenty minutes before washing.
4. Aloe Vera Gel: The aloe vera gel is a boon in many forms. It can be used in many ways.. In case of battling the strong powers of the sun, the aloe vera gel proves to be an effective defense. You can get the aloe vera gel in any cold stores or extract some from your house plant. Apply the gel to the face and allow to sit for half an hour. Rinse off with cold water.
5. Mint and Turmeric: Mint is a much required ingredient in summer time. With its cooling effects, it does wonders to maintain a healthy digestive system in the hot weather. As a face pack too, it keeps the skin fresh, cool and sweat free to a great extent. Take a handful of mint leaves and crush them to make a paste. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, mix well and apply as a mask. While the mint cools the skin, the turmeric heals minor skin problems.

6. Egg And Turmeric: The white of egg is a cooling and skin tightening pack. Turmeric on the other hand is antiseptic and blemish removing. Mix well the white of an egg and some turmeric. Apply this pack to the face and neck region and leave to dry. Rinse off with cold water.
7. Banana And Honey Paste: Banana will keep the skin cool, moisturized and blemish free. Honey adds the antioxidant power to the paste. It is like magic on the skin and keeps it glowing in the hot summer days too.
8. Lemon And Honey: Mix lemon juice and honey in a 1:2 proportion and store it in the refrigerator. Whenever required, apply this lemon and honey pack straight from the fridge. Lemon helps remove tan and honey helps get rid of impurities. Being a cold pack, it provides relief to the skin in the hot summer days.

sandalwood

coconut
water

paste

dry,
rinse
off

cold
water.
