Peppermint Oil For Hair: How To Use It For Long Thick Hair?

How To Use Peppermint Oil For Hair?
1. Scalp massage with peppermint oil

2. Make a mask with peppermint oil

Whenever you use shampoo, add two drops of peppermint oil to it. Now wash your hair with this shampoo. You will notice a positive change after a few washes.
4. Mix with rosemary oil
Combining peppermint oil with rosemary essential oil is considered very beneficial for your hair [5].

Mix two to three teaspoons of coconut oil with two drops of these essential oils. Now, apply the mixture to your hair and massage it well. Leave it like this for about 15 minutes. Then, wash it.

5. Add hair products to the mix
Generally, peppermint oil is recommended to be mixed with shampoo, but you may also mix it with other hair products.
You should, however, add no more than a few drops of peppermint oil to your hair products as this can cause irritation and burning.
