Sure, doing it once in a while at the salon seems perfectly fine. But what if you want to do it more often? That can be really hefty on the pocket. Thankfully, with the right kind of tips for you, it should not be difficult at all to do it at home.
All you would need are the right tools and you'd be set. So here are some tips and tricks to get a salon style blow dry at home. Imagine the amount of money and time you'd be saving by knowing how to do this!
Keep reading to find out the tips.

1. Brush:
You would need a thermal round brush, a flat paddle brush and a thin comb. Hold your hair in place using the thin comb while you blow dry and use the round brush to round up the ends of your hair to add more volume. The flat paddle brush helps get rid of tangles.

2. Prep:
By now you probably know that you should be using some sort of a heat protectant before using any heat styling tool on your hair, because we keep telling you to. But seriously, it is really important to have a barrier between your hair and the styling tool

3. Towel Dry:
Gently towel dry your hair before you blow dry it. Your hair should only be sixty percent wet and not dripping wet when you do it.

4. Fingers:
Use your fingers to finger comb your hair as you are blow drying it, to ensure that there is volume. Otherwise your hair may end up looking quite flat.

5. Divide:
Divide your hair into separate sections when you blow dry it, focusing on each section at different times. Allow a section to cool down before moving on to the next section.

6. Serum:
Once you are done blow drying each section, use a shine serum to give your hair a nice glossy finish.
