How To Strengthen Hair Roots Naturally?
Here are easy home remedies to strengthen hair roots naturally. Read along!
Hair fall is one of the common problems today. If you ever ask your grandmother about it, she will tell that she had never been worried about it when she was your age. But, today, everything has changed; from the environment to lifestyle, changes are there. And that's why we're bringing you ways you can make use of to strengthen your hair.
Excessive stress, unhealthy eating, not hydrating enough, etc., can take a toll on your hair and make the roots weak. As a result, you suffer from hair fall.
If you are not suffering from any internal diseases like thyroid or liver problems, you should maintain simple homemade methods to fight with these problems.
You have busy schedules but these remedies won't take much time. And on weekends, you can do these while relaxing. So, read on to know more about the ways to strengthen hair roots and make hair stronger.

1. Use Bananas:
To strengthen your hair roots and boost up hair growth, banana is an awesome remedy. It contains a high level of potassium, which improves natural elasticity and overall health of your hair. Just smash it and apply directly. Wash after drying.

2. Don’t Comb Too Much:
You may have heard that combing your hair improves blood circulation and strengthens hair roots. It is true, but not always, especially when you are suffering from hair fall. If you comb more than twice a day, you will have more hair loss.

3. Eggs Can Help:
After banana, if there is any home remedy that works magically to your hair, it is eggs. Make a pack with eggs, olive oil and vitamin E and apply on your hair. Wash after drying. It will not only make your hair roots stronger, but also bring luster and bounce to your locks.

4. Drink Lots Of Water:
The more you will keep your body hydrated, the stronger your hair roots will be. Try to have at least 8 glasses of water a day. It will stimulate hair growth and make your hair follicles stronger. Having long and beautiful hair is really that much easy.

5. Beer Is Good:
Fill a spray bottle with beer and spray it all over your hair after shampooing. Wash thoroughly. You will be amazed with the bounce and glow of your hair. Your hair will be smoother and tassel free and there will be no jostle while combing.

6. Have a Balanced Diet:
Applying things from the outside is not enough. You have to make your hair strong from within too. And for that, you should have a good diet with protein, essential fat, vitamins and other nutrients. Include dairy products, vegetables, fish, chicken, eggs, fruits, etc., in your diet.

7. Condition Your Hair:
After shampooing, never forget to condition your hair. If you apply mayo, you need to apply it before shampoo. Try mayonnaise instead of marketmade, chemical-oriented products, it will make your hair turn soft and smooth.

8. Oil Massage Makes Roots Stronger:
A hot oil massage is very good to strengthen your hair roots and prevent hair fall. Massage your hair and scalp gently with hot oil (coconut, almond, olive or jojoba) and leave it overnight. Wash with shampoo. For better effect, you can add hibiscus to the oil while heating it.
