Five Eyebrow-darkening Hacks
Take a look at the five eyebrow-darkening hacks.
Shapely, dark brows are a fine asset to have, but few people's brows truly live up to their expectations. Often, people tend to experience hair fall around the eyebrow region as well, leading to sparse eyebrow and eyelash growth.
This isn't very nice, but it isn't the end of the world either, and there are several things you can do to fix the issue.
If you aren't very happy with how your eyebrows look, or if they're too sparse for your liking, first check if you're threading them correctly.

You're eyebrows should complement your face, and sometimes, over-threading is what ruins your brows. Having ruled out this option, you can check if you suffer from any nutritional or hormonal problems and see the relevant specialist as well.
Meanwhile, you also have several short-term and long-term options to compensate for brow-loss. These mostly have to do with the permanency of the colour used, and each one is worth giving a try.

Mascara:
An effective way to darken the eyebrows is to darken them with a mascara wand. This requires a bit of skill in application though. Alternatively, you can use a small brush and some mascara to get the same effect.
If you touch your face constantly or sweat heavily, wearing a mascara on your eyebrows may not be for you. A long-lasting water-proof mascara is absolutely your best bet.

Eyeshadow:
Like a mascara, eyeshadow too helps darken eyebrows, if used with a small brush and applied carefully. Alternatively, a bit of eyeshadow mixed with petroleum jelly also produces the desired result.
Black eyeshadow is popular, but if you've got a mixed palette, don't hesitate to experiment with the browns and even the grey.

Eyebrow Pencil:
So, you thought eyebrow pencils were so vintage, and wondered if people even manufactured them anymore? Apparently, yes, they're still very much around and great for darkening the eyebrows.
Carry one in your purse for eyebrow-darkening emergencies. The average eyebrow pencil lasts at least fifty to hundred uses, and is a great value for money. It slips into your purse easily and also doubles up as an eye pencil during emergencies.

Eyebrow Dyeing Kit:
These handy things are great for colouring your eyebrows and saying a good-bye to those sparse eyebrows. They're a little on the expensive side when compared to the mascaras, eyeshadows and eye pencils, but they're great if you're planning to dye your eyebrows at home.
Don't use hair dye on your eyebrows because they need specially formulated colours, and hair colours in your eyes can sometimes cause blindness or infections. Eyebrow-dyeing kits come in a variety of shades and are great to use.

Brow Tattoos:
A rather effective and more or less permanent solution is getting your brows tattooed. This involves tattooing the brow area to make the eyebrows look fuller. The brow tattoos needs to be refreshed every few years, as the colours may fade slightly.
However, it's the most permanent option of the lot, and has the striking effect of making your eyebrows look much fuller than they were before.
So, what's stopping you, go get those eyebrows you've always dreamed of!
