10 Home Remedies For Sunken Eyes

To one teaspoon of sandalwood powder add one teaspoon of honey and mix well. Lie down and relax. Raise your head slightly by putting a thin pillow below your head. Apply this honey and sandalwood mixture below your eyes. Keep it for 10 minutes and afterwards put potato slices over your eyes for five minutes. Later wash off.
Olive Oil And Almond Oil
Mix pure olive oil and almond oil one teaspoon each. Massage gently under your eyes at bedtime. Do this for a month to have it's effect. This is among the effective home remedies to treat tired and sunken eyes.
Honey And Lemon Juice
Mix one teaspoon of honey with few drops of lemon juice to make a paste. Apply this paste below and over your eyes. Keep it for 10 minutes and wash with cold water.
Cold Teabags
For treatment of sunken eyes and dark circles use tea bags. Keep used tea bags in the refrigerator and put them on your eyes. They are very effective in removing dark circles and sunken eyes. Teabags contain tannins which remove dark circles and make your eyes to relax and hydrate.
Cod Liver Oil
One of the home remedies for sunken eyes is cod liver oil. It is rich in vitamin A. It will nourish your eyes and make them to look prominent and healthy. Massage gently with cod liver oil at bedtime for 10 to 15 minutes below your eyes. Wash off in morning.
Cucumber Slices
Refrigerate some cucumber slices and put them over your eyes, relax for some time and remove the slices after 15 minutes. This will remove dark circles and sunken eyes.
Potato Paste
Make a paste of potatoes by grinding them. Don't remove the juice and put it in a thin cotton cloth. Put the cloth having potato paste inside over your eyes and let the juice fall on your eyes. Keep it for 15 minutes and then wash off.
Have Complete Sleep
Lack of sleep makes you feel tired and main impact is on your eyes. Your eyes look sunken and dark circles appear below your eyes. You must leave the habit of sleeping late and watching late night movies. Give rest to our eyes to prevent and to treat sunken eyes.
Avoid Coffee And Teaspoon
Excessive intake of tea and coffee can cause dark circles and sunken eyes. Have them in moderation. It will also cause you to urinate more and you will get dehydrated.
Drink Enough Water
Having water will hydrate you and your face. As a result your eyes will not look sunken. You must drink at least eight to nine glasses of water. This is one of the easiest tips to treat sunken eyes and dark circles naturally.
