Here are a few tips for those of you who are struggling to gain those extra pounds of cellulite from those wanting to shed those extra pounds of weight.
Before starting on how to gain weight you have to keep in mind one main rule and that is to consume more calories than you expend.
1.Feast on foods rich in calories:- Turn to high calorie foods that are healthy for you to put on those pounds of weight that some are trying to let go. Eat at least five times a day and eat in larger proportions than what you intake on normal day to day basis. Try to have at least 1,000 extra calories per day to gain less than half a kilo a week.
2.Make a smart Food choice:- Learn to intake vegetables that have a good amount of starch content in it eg: beans , peas, pulses and potatoes. Rice also helps when it come to starch and gaining extra calories.
3.Take a Snack:- Whenever you have the time , munch on healthy snacks like that of cheese, milk products, savories, muffins,breakfast bars, dried fruits and yogurt. Indulging in Junk food may be another way to gain weight, but you might want to prefer going the healthy way.
4.Fluids :- Drink a lot of milk products, juices and energy drinks that are high in nutrients and calories.
5.Exercise:- Many believe that exercise helps one to decrease in weight, but we see it is only a myth. Daily exercise can help you build on your body mass toning your fat proportions in your body improving in your body composition. This helps in improving your appetite thus following more intake of food, helping you to gain those extra pounds who have been waiting for along time.
There are many ways on how to gain weight as there are many ways on how to loose it. You simply have to follow the right way of eating and don't keep an eagles watch on the amount of calories you in take , eat the right proportion, gain weight and keep in mind not to over do it .
