6 Things That Happen To You While Giving Birth
Giving birth is no easy task, ask any mum. Lend them your ears and they will narrate stories which might even damage your entire day. Child birth is difficult and there are a lot of things that happen while giving birth to a healthy 2 and half kilo child.
While giving birth, there seems to be no form of control over the body. Women are thrown in another world where they experience pain and nothing else. With this traumatizing pain tags along uncanny things no one likes to see, which is poop, vomit and at times even a gassy fart.
HOW SOON CAN YOU GET PREGNANT AFTER DELIVERY?
These nasty things that happen at the time of delivery cannot be prevented which is why doctors advice the patient in labour to visit the loo much before the time of delivery.

Sometimes You Poop
Pushing out a little human from your vagina is no fun at all. While trying to push the baby out the pressure compresses the intestines and thus lets out fecal matter on the table. It is normal for this to happen at the time of giving birth.

Your Blood Pressure Fluctuates
Your blood pressure fluctuates when you're lying in pain of the delivery table. Some women have high blood pressure, while some can't take the pain thus leading to a drop in pressure. It is advisable to maintain your bp and allow yourself to be in control no matter what.

Passing Urine
Other than passing stools, some women also pass out urine during the process of giving birth. This is one of the many things that happen during child birth.

Oops You Fart Too!
The terrifying thing that can happen while giving birth is farting. Some women face this problem right after an epidural has been given.

Delivering The Placenta
The placenta and the amniotic sac are supported to protect the baby. This bag or sac also needs to be delivered after you've given birth to a healthy child. The worst part is this delivering of the placenta can happen spontaneously or it may take as long as half an hour.

That Nauseous Feeling
It's not uncommon to vomit during the transition phase of giving birth. Women feel uncomfortable at this time which often leads to bringing up your food.
