It isn't acceptable in public if you shout or display your anger. It is not a socially accepted behaviour.

Feeling Low
Sometimes, you tend to feel low. We tend to consider that as a negative emotion but in fact that is a necessary stage for you to again bounce back and achieve something great. Without lows, there wouldn't be highs.
Crying
This is one of the negative emotions that we try to avoid or suppress. Well, health experts say that there is no use to suppress tears. Once you cry, you tend to feel liberated.
Solitude And Loneliness
We tend to consider the desire to stay alone as a negative behaviour but psychologists say that solitude can sometimes help you think out of the box and recharge your mental energies.
Irrational Thinking
Sometimes, we tend to put logic aside and feel guilty about it but listening to intuition may sometimes solve your issues.
Pain
Inner pain or misery cannot be avoided. In fact, the more you avoid it, the more something will haunt you in life. It is better to face such things and finish them off.
Gossip
Yes gossiping is a negative thing to do. But there are some benefits to it, your mind gets refreshed after a gossip session. The reason is, your anger on someone gets released when you tell or hear a gossip about them. But still, never spread gossips that spoil others' lives.
