Radish Salad Recipe (Indian Yogurt Raita) – Summer Salad

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup fresh yogurt
2. 2-3 white radish (peeled, grated)
3. 1 dried red chilli
4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5. 1/2 tsp urad dal
6. 1/2 gram dal
7. Oil for frying
8. Salt as per taste
9. 4-5 fresh curry leaves
10. ' tsp dry green mango powder (optional)

Radish Salad Preparation:

1.In a pan fry mustard seeds until the seeds crackle and add urad dal, gram dal, red chillies, curry leaves and fry for a minute.

2.In a bowl add grated radish, ' teaspoon mango powder, salt according to taste and add the fried mixture, mix well. Tasty radish salad is ready to serve.
