Mint fruit salad recipe:
1 apple, cut in to medium pieces
1 kiwi, cut in to medium pieces
2 bananas, cut in to medium pieces
½ cup papaya, peeled and chopped
1 bunch mint leaves
Directions to make mint fruit salad recipe:
1. Boil sugar and water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, add mint leaves and stir. Put the pan off flame.
2. Strain the sugar and mint syrup and cool it in refrigerator.
3. In a bowl, add the fruits and blend with mayonnaise. Now add sugar and mint syrup. Mix well. Sprinkle black salt.
Mint fruit salad is ready to eat! Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled!
