Low Fat Russian Salad Recipe

Salads are health food, so the best salad recipes are always low fat salad recipes. What is amazing about this Russian salad recipe is that it has adapted a legendary salad to a low fat chicken salad recipe for our current health needs. The trick in this low fat salad recipe is to use yogurt instead of mayonnaise. You may think it will kill the taste but you will be surprised to know it doesn't. As we already know, Russian salad is a recipe that can be made with leftover chicken, this low fat chicken salad recipe maintains that as a postulate of the original recipe. However, as this is a low calorie salad recipe, it is better if the leftover chicken is 'boiled' and not fried. The other ingredients remain the same.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken (either boiled or leftover)
2. Carrots 2 (chopped into blocks)
3. Potato 1 (chopped into blocks)

5. Mushrooms 4 (chopped )
6. Yogurt 250 grams
