Tolasana
Tolasana would mean a pair of scales. Since this asana resembles a one of the pans of the scale, it is called Tolasana.
1.Sit in Padmasana
2.Place the palms on the floor near the hips.
3.Breathe out and lift the trunk from the floor balancing on the straightened hands with palms on the floor.
4.Lower the trunk back to the floor and uncross the legs.
5.Recross the legs interchanging them and raise the trunk from the floor again balancing on the hands.
6.Balance as long as you can.
7.Lower your body, uncross your legs and relax.
