Rama Raksha Stotra: This sadhana Assures You Of Rama's Help At Every Step
Ram Raksha Stothra was a phenomenal prayer that has become a part and parcel of the lives of all Ram devotees from the times primordial to now.
Budha Kaushika Rishi, is the creator of this set of slokas whose name is mentioned at the beginning of the stotra.
As Budha Kaushika Rishi was penancing under a tree in order to absolve himself of the weakness of anger, he sensed a crow flying above his head.
Before he could look up, the crow dropped its excreta on the head of the Rishi which made the Rishi go mad with rage. The way he gazed at the Crow burnt it and killed it.
Repentent Rishi, who felt sad that he had lost yet another opportunity to his angry impulses, he sat down deeply in tapas.
His efforts were sincere this time and hence on one day, when he had slept at night after the day's meditation, he saw Lord Shiva who gave him this prayer and asked him to spread the word around.
So, the next day, as the dawn broke, the Rishi wrote down what he had heard from Lord Shiva and taught the stotra to all those deserving people.
Importance: If there is a stotra that would free you from the malefic effects of all planets, that has to be rama Raksha stotra.
The best day for getting initiated into it are vijayadashami, Navaratri, mahashivratri, Surya grahan, guru pushya yoga, Rama navami, and Deepavali
Mantra Diksha or mantra initiation should be accompanied by Shaktipath to unleash the power of this stotra fully by conferring siddhi or mastery of this stotra.
The one who has mastered the Ramaraksha stotra through the right way can exercise a sway over all the three worlds.
The right sadhana is required for this to achieved, rama Raksha can be recited normally or recited by doing samputeekarana by chanting beej mantras along with stotra during recitation. This method is used when you want some specific wish to be fulfilled.
Benefits: once siddhi or mastery is gained through anushthana, Rama raksha can be used for any prayogas or any tantric or mantric tasks.

No house, where this recital is being done can have ghosts or goblins presence and the happiness and prosperity will be bestowed by Lord Rama. Worshipping Rama and reciting Rama Raksha regularly gets you moksha.
How To Do Ram Puja With Rama Raksha Stotra: Firstly, purify the place with Ganga Jal and mantras. This process is called Punyaha.
Wear a new Janeu or sacred thread, install kalash, and place shankha on the altar. Reciting the sankalpa , light an akhand diya. Worship your Guru, Ganesha and Shiva and pray for their blessings.
Worship rama Raksha yantra, kavacha and Rama darbar. Ram darbar photo or idol depicts Lord Sri Ram, Goddess Sita, Hanuman and Lord Lakshman. It is a picture that symbolises a perfect bond and hence extremely auspicious.
This picture benefits the entire family by improving self-confidence and provides guidance to live a wholesome and contented life. Now start reciting the stotra and continue through the prescribed period.
At the end, perform havan, tarpan, marjan and brahmana bhojan. Marjan means Shuddhi or purification. Prayogas can be done only after acquire mastery over the stotra.
Understand and be aware of every word of rama Raksha when you chant and your voice should be clear and audible with right tone, rhythm and pronunciation.
Meditate on the kind of form that is mentioned in the slokas. Rama Raksha is beneficial as a stotra for regular chant but for solving problems, prayogas and for spiritual development, one should be initiated into this stotra by a good guru and sadhana should be continued under his guidance.
Anushthan is extremely important and it is only after that prayogas should be tried. You must be sure that your intentions are not harmful as Ram is a God who stood for honesty, and good values throughout his time of incarnation.
