Space Out.....Internally With Awareness!

Osho explains the importance of increasing the gap between thoughts, possible only with pure awareness.
A mother advised her child, “Be very careful when you go to school as the traffic is very dangerous during that time when there is a huge rush"
The child replied, “Mother don't worry. I always wait by the side of the road for the mad rush of the traffic to cease and when there is a gap, I safely cross the road!"
By being pure awareness, or a mere witness of thoughts, one actually transcends the body, mind complex, responsible for the continuous thought rush. Slowly when thoughts decrease, the gap is created. Being constantly and consciously aware, the gap expands where it reaches a state where there is nothing to observe. When there is nothing to observe, the duality of seer and the seen disappears.
Osho says that there is no seer without the seen. What exists is 'What Is!'
Hence, space out....., internally with awareness!
