According to divorce lawyers, the Facebook is tempting users to cheat on their spouses and flirty messages or wall posts are increasingly being cited as evidence of extra-marital activities.
A law firm said that almost one in five divorce cases give Facebook as an evidence for cheating a spouse.
It is really surprising to see 20 per cent of all the divorce petitions containing references to Facebook. The most common reason of divorce being people having inappropriate sexual chats with someone they are not supposed to.
