How To Prepare Creamy Glossy Peanut Butter Recipe At Home?
Peanut butter was created basically for senior citizens who needed to munch something soft yet nutritious as elderly people find meat and other hard proteinaceous substances hard to chew. As a response to this requirement, John Harvey Kellogg created it for the first time in 1895. Peanut butter was publicly sold in 1904. Peanut butter is a thick paste derived from blending roasted peanuts with other nutritious ingredients. This protein packed spread promotes health and tastes wonderful because it has a lingering taste.

Peanut butter can be creamy or smooth and chunky or crunchy. Peanut butter has an addictive taste and most eat it at breakfast, on toast, or in a smoothie. Some people make sauces for vegetables using peanut butter. It can be consumed as it is. It is not harmful to eat Peanut butter daily but restrict your portions to 2 tbsp a day. Actually 2 cups of peanuts yield about 1-1/2 cups of peanut butter. If refrigerated in a sealed container, you can store it for weeks together.
