Cinnamon Powder: ¼ Tsp
Flax Seeds- 2 Tsp
Spinach Leaves- A Few

Peanut Butter: 2 Tbsp
Milk: 1/ 1-2 Cups

Pour the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend them well till smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a mug.
