Potato (peeled and diced) – 500 g
- Oil – for frying
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Dry mango powder (amchur) – ½ tsp
- Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder) – ½ tsp
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Tamarind chutney – 1 tbsp
- Coriander mint chutney – ½ tbsp
- Sev – 1 small bowl
- Coriander (finely chopped) – for garnishing
- Pomegranate – for garnishing

1. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the diced potatoes.
- 2. Remove them, once they turn golden brown.
- 3. Add salt and chilli powder.
- 4. Then, add dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala.
- 5. Further, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- 6. Add the tamarind chutney and the coriander-mint chutney and mix thoroughly.
- 7. Sprinkle sev, coriander and pomegranate seeds on top as a garnish.
- 8. Finally, add a few dollops of both the chutneys on top, to make the chaat look more colourful.

STEP BY STEP - HOW TO MAKE ALOO CHAAT
