Ways To Turn A Breech Baby To Normal Position
The concept of natural delivery is simple when the position of the baby is correct. The head should be at the bottom and the legs on top. During the last few weeks of a pregnancy, the baby will turn itself into this position and it will come out as head first during delivery.
Breech position is when your baby is in bottom-down position; this is the temporary position in the third trimester and the baby will turn itself during the end of the trimester. But, if the baby do not change its position by the delivery time, the process will be difficult and you may have to get a C- section.

There are a few breech baby tips that can be used to turn your child to the normal position, a few exercises can help you with this. If after all the prenatal tips you have tried out, and still your baby is in the breech position, your doctor might suggest a cesarean.
EFFECTS OF GREEN COLOUR ON PREGNANCY
The following are a few prenatal tips that can used to turn a breech baby to normal position. Breech babies have a greater risk of getting problems such as hip dyslexia and lack of oxygen to the brain during birth. To avoid these problems, the following breech baby tips can be followed from the 30th week of your pregnancy.
Knee-to-chest exercise
This is one of the exercises that are used during the 30-37th week of the pregnancy or during labour. Knee down and raise your back with shoulders on the ground. This will use the force of gravity to help the baby to somersault to the right position. This needs to be done twice a day for about 5 to 15 minutes.
Forward-leaning inversion
This is one the breech baby tips on exercising. It is done by mothers between the 30th-37th week of their pregnancy to help the baby to turn and to come to a normal position. Kneel on the edge of a couch and lower yourself to your forearms. Return to normal position and repeat the exercise 3-4 times a day rather than extending the period of time.
Swimming
This is one of the prenatal tips to keep the body in shape. This also helps a breech baby to turn. The crouches and flips in the pool will help the baby to turn its vertex position. Swimming will also help to relax your muscles and diving in will help the baby to turn to the right position.
Breech Tilt
The breech baby tips that are needed to turn the baby to the normal position will include this exercise from the 30th week. Lie in such a way that your legs are raised and your body is in slanting position with your head and neck touching the floor. Do this 3 times a day for 15 minutes each on an empty stomach and when the baby is awake and active.
Encourage your baby
One of the most effective breech baby tips is to continuously play with the baby and encourage it to turn its position. Playing some music near the lower abdomen will help the baby to turn. Similarly, if you can get your partner to talk near the lower abdomen, the baby will move towards the sound.
