Common Discomforts During Pregnancy
Are your pregnant? If you are then there are some common discomforts which you might face during your term of pregnancy. For some women, pregnancy is a difficult moment in life because of its common discomforts and new form of lifestyle. For those women who love the feeling of pregnancy, just make these common discomforts a part and parcel of the nine month tenure.
Pregnancy is a time in your life when you come across new type of discomforts which all women at one point of time go through too. So, if you are right now going through any of these common discomforts during pregnancy, keep in mind the other pregnant women are facing the same thing.

Here are some of the common discomforts during pregnancy, take a look.
Morning sickness
This is one of the most common discomforts during pregnancy. Morning sickness can sometimes be very severe which is a problem for the expecting mother. However, you can control this discomfort with some of the simple home remedies like sipping on a cup of ginger tea. Sniffing a lemon will also help to make you feel better.
Breast changes
Woman's breasts get extremely tender and begins to increase in size very early during pregnancy. This change is only preparing you for breastfeeding. This common discomfort during pregnancy can be quite troublesome for women who have a big bust. During this change, it is important to wear a bra which fits well and supports your breast.
Fatigue
You will tend to feel very tired in the first month of your pregnancy and towards the end of your third trimester. If you are going through this common discomfort during pregnancy, it is best for you to take good rest, exercise well and of course maintain a healthy diet.
Frequent Urination
Due to the hormonal changes and increased pressure on the bladder, you will be visiting the ladies room very often. As the uterus grows and rises higher in your abdomen, the feeling may gradually go away. But, until then this is one of the most dreadful and common discomforts during pregnancy.
Constipation
There are many women who find it difficult to manage bowel movements when pregnant. Constipation is one of those many discomforts during pregnancy which is quite annoying. The only way to pass through this stage is by drinking good amount of water, and keeping your body hydrated.
Sleep Problems
A lot of pregnant women complain that they do not get sound sleep during the night. This discomfort during pregnancy is especially more in the third trimester because of the constant kicking of the baby in your womb. Other reasons could be difficulty in changing the sleeping positions too.
