Tips To Handle Your Child's Eating Problems

Mommies of children having the "infant eating disorders" always experience totally unpleasant and uncomfortable scenario dealing with them. But some tips on child eating will definitely help in overcoming the problem.
Tips To Handle Your Child's Eating Problems (feeding difficulties) -
1. One common way that mommies do to ensure proper eating of the child is making it sit in front of television, give him toys or ask the family members to entertain. This way the child's concentration on food is distracted.
2. Never complain about your child's eating problems in its presence. This makes the child do the same things over and over again. Children like seeking attention, be it for not eating or over eating, they would like to repeat to get noticed.
3. Praise them when they follow your advice, this way they will do things that are praised and it is good. This applies to eating habits too. Even if the child is spilling food while eating, it is still fine, praise it, as it is enjoying the food.
4. Help the child learn a cleaner way of eating, make it understand that when you start arranging the plates on table, it means it is time to eat. Your kid will gradually learn to wash hands, to sit and eat with spoon.
5. If your child says enough then allow it to get off from the dining place. Never agree to your child's request on having junk instead of meal as he will feel that eating anything instead of main course is fine.
